How do I change my profile from student to corporate slave ?

Hello all, I really need help from the past, 2 years my salary is 20 k only in MNC they are not increasing working for 12 hrs a day, so much micro management If you are sick you can't take leave or not give National holidays also by saying that your client Is from the USA preparing the roasters accordingly. Guys really need help how can i switch to a company I made the profile in naukari but No response. Experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

I just don’t get the meaning of it. You work, you get paid. You love your work, your pay should make you happy. You can be a corporate bull or a slave by choice. So I don’t get it when people blame the corporate system. If you’ve got the mass in you, no one can enslave you!

Hi i work in Investment banking (back end) profile. However after 4 years of spending in this team, my team has been changed to valuation team. The work in this team would take time for me to adept however to be frank I don’t like the work at all and see it to be not useful outside the team. Meanwhile I have been offered a corporate strategy associate role at a US based company. Can anyone please tell me as to how is a career in corporate strategy supposed to look, is changing the profile worth it anymore and what sort of work we do in strategy. Really need your inputs. Hi everyone , as the title mentioned i am getting tired with this corp culture. My managers are giving bullshit timelines for tasks and expects me to finish it. Now i know u guys gonna give me advice to switch on mncs but my friends at mnc are also saying same things. I am just really getting fed up . Its just been 2yrs for me. Expect salary i could never find anything good in it but i really dont see a long term career in this .
