How do you deal with procrastination?
As the title says.
I have tried many methods of dealing with procrastination to code, there is always a constant fear of not being consistent, plus programming doesn't come easy to me or rather I don't have the grit to do it. I have seen other college mates grinding their ass off to DSA, how do I go past the stage of fear of feeling dumb and procrastination? Anytime I try to sit to do anything I immediately get this wave of overwhelming anxiety, I then start scrolling on my phone to get rid of the feeling. I can't even sit properly on a chair for long - yeah call me COVID kid or something but this has been the case for years. I only manage to do work/study at the very last moment but programming isn't like that, it takes consistent efforts. Are there any methods to achieve it?
P.S. hard scolding or stern answers are also welcomed, really want to improve myself.
Read atomic habits & start finishing small tasks everyday to get the gist of starting and sticking w things till the end.

There is a terrific website for coworking. Basically you’re on a video call with abuddy for either a 50, 60, or 75 mins focus session.
This session is purely for an accountability partner who you’ll share with what your work goal is for the focus time. No chit chat after that, start working and at the end of the session you tell them how successful you were at completing your goal of the session.
This is the only thing helping me beat procrastination right now.
The Website I use is Focusmate. There are more expensive options like Focus-blocks also.
How much does it cost?
You get three sessions per week for free. Or 7 USD Per month for unlimited sessions billed annually.
Figure out what makes you work. I am still struggling with chronic Procrastination. I perform really well when someone(who isn't me) expects me to be there to do the task AND they convince me of the deadline to be done
I also perform well when I have been given notice of getting fired, or being humiliated in public or anything really
Personally, I have my day planned out in blocks of 30 mins on my calendar that’s visible to all in the office. Keeps me focused, and accountable
