How do you deal with regrets
All the things that one has done so far at times you feel you could have taken different path. Could have studies different subject (AI/ML/Tech?) Could have started something of your own after passing out from college Could have work harder on this which can give disproportionate returns( both personal and professional) Getting married early and investing as early as possible. I try to be grateful for things which I already have (and there are so many) but then there are moments where you feel you could have done better much better actually

Regret is good. Lessons that you remember and help you be and do better. But one shouldn't constantly beat themselves up with regrets. There's always room for redemption.
Regret is a finality you can't change. Look at it as a mistake instead. You fucked up, fix it. Make your life better.
Philosophy and retrospect is for the finish line, not while you are nowhere close to the end

I used to regret a lot then used to go into inaction mode due to stress and disappointment it causes.
Best way to manage it, is write them (events/situation) down somewhere, write learnings/lessons that they could teach and convert them into affirmtive action.
IMO, you can't change what has happened so you have to replace them with something better so that they don't bother you.
I've come to realise we regret decisions that were made for us and we weren't involved. I don't regret making the mistakes I made knowingly. I don't know if it's just me.
