How do you get a recruiter's email? Or get your resume shortlisted?
I've been seeing a lot of people suggesting that Reaching out to recruiters on their email helps. And yes, I agree. But, how do you get their email in the first place? I have LinkedIn premium but even that doesn't help, tried reaching them out on LinkedIn, but hardly anyone has responded.
When I get a referral I mostly get a call from the recruiter, otherwise ATS just rejects me.
I have 5+ years of exp as a Front-end dev, currently working at a product startup.
