How do you guys manage 6 day work week with 10 - 12 hours of working?
I would label it as slavery or oppression! Instead of trying to manage it, focus on survival.

Did that for 5 years. Behaved like a zombie. Wake up , work, eat, sleep, repeat.. simple.
The most annoying part is not even the management who is setting the rules. It's the people who even after such a shitty schedule stay longer to impress the management
Ahh so true. The need to impress the senior management. Knowingly or unknowingly I have done it often too. 🙇♂️
