How does this CTC breakup look to you guys? Is the inland, base/12?

I'm a Product Manager at a SaaS firm drawing in a CTC of about 18-20 LPA. I'm 22 years old. Is this the standard in the industry?

Hello all, I have got a SDE-1 offer from one of the biggest fintech companies in India. What in-hand salary should I expect monthly? The CTC breakup:- 1. Fixed - 14,40,000 2. Variable- 3,00,000 3. Retention- 60,000

I have recently been offered Architect/Tech Lead position at TCS. I did some research and found I might get C3A level. I will be working on AI ML Domain (Generative AI). How much salary Can I Negotiate for I am currently have 20 LPA salary (17 fixed). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have got a new offer from a new company. can any HR here help me with my CTC breakup understanding?

I have 2 years, 10 months and 9 days of experience as a java developer at TCS, now i have an interview scheduled for another day company XYZ, my CTC in tcs was 4.1 lpa and company XYZ the CTC range for Senior Software Engineer role is around 13 to 18 lpa ( I got to know this internally, HR didn't tell me this ). Also, My skills and experience are a perfect match with the job description. So when HR ask me about my expected CTC, what should be my range so that I may not end up asking very less than I could get. Also, it could not be an unrealistic number. What range should I give ? 9 to 12 is fine? Or any suggestions would help me a lot... Note - Notice Period - Immediate and I personally know the manager of the team I am going to join (if hired) in XYZ company but I don't know HR personally.

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC. Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA. Not sure what to do? At one side I have a stable higher base pay job and on the other side a higher ctc and interesting job.
