BS Influencers showing all kind of non sense on Instagram reels and there is Zero moderation from the Admin, why is this happening and Meta guys highest paid in the industry are they getting paid not doing the work ??

Seems there's another moment happening. Unclear how many affected but if refer to internal reports then Realty Labs and Monetization people affected. Pls confirm Meta folks!

Looks like meta is going for 3rd or 4th ( honestly lost count) round of layoffs . Articles suggest that 5000 folks might be affected 😕 These are the world's largest tech companies and have billions in profits. How can they not know how many employees they need? And once the market opens next year again they will hire rapidly. Is apple the only top tech company that's hiring sensibly?

Offer : E4 175k pounds Current: L4 56 Lakhs YoE: 1 year 7 months Here's what I have considered: - Living in London is going to be costly, on an avg I'll be saving 1.2x of India. - Meta London created a bad reputation for itself when last year it laid off people from India just 2 days after joining - it's not worth it going from L4 to E4, I probably should switch only when getting a higher level or a big big pay bump (this is probably not a big pay bump considering the cost of living) - I am not very good at making friends, and I have quite some friends here now... I don't just want to leave everything and be alone in a new city so far away from home. - the only pro point I see is that.. it is London. Do you think I should reconsider my decision?

Google isn't much better either tbh. Ad accounts arbitrarily stopped can disrupt cashflows in a major way. I'm seeing a lot of startups struggle with frequent algo/rule changes and blocked accounts. Sad to see.

Well-being is such a nice brand, I look at them positively. Stuff like this makes them like everyone else.
