How is coforge as a workplace?

My friend has worked there, I think it's a decent organisation and anyways at the end it depends on the team with which you end up.

Chindi company. They charge you for shift cabs. No other company does so and then they compete with TCS or Cognizant.0% hike and they deduct the VC too because some guy estimated the revenue to be some unimaginable figure which couldn’t be achieved.
