How is the SDE scene In Dubai?

I aspire to work in Dubai as a Software Engineer. Due to a few cool perks like. 1. Good lifestyle. 2. 4 hours travel from India. 3. 0 tax benefits in your salary. I know there are very good companies in Dubai like Careem, Emirates, Talabad, etc,. These companies do pay some hefty compensation. If someone working in Dubai as a Software engineer add your input here, so that people in this community will get an idea about what it is like to work in Dubai. You may spot out some realities and bust some myths.
