How is the culture at Spotdraft?
The culture at SpotDraft is good only for people that are favored by their managers and founders. Also, they had an impromptu layoff four months ago—sacked their VP of Legal too overnight.
Also, heard the product is a sinking ship with founders and leadership really fighting it out. It's a battlefield.
Why do you call it a sinking ship? They seem to be growing multifold every year.
In what terms? I worked at the company, and everyone in the market is aware of how bad the company is performing.
Layoffs don't insinuate growth in any way. In fact, it's a direct indication of a company under loss. They're losing big logos, customer churn is at its highest, and the product isn't that great. Hope that answers your question.
