How likely is it that India will adopt this rule?

Microsoft has a policy that an employee has to be at a certain level (say X) before they can apply for an international role internally. The weird bit is that this policy is applicable to Indian (MSIDC) employees only. No other country office has such policy. From what I’ve seen so far, X level is attained around 5 yrs of experience. By that time a typical Indian employee has other commitments in life and the number of employees willing to take international transfer decreases. I feel it this policy is strategic to keep their business needs in India stable. Thoughts? Do any other companies have any such policies?

I've ranted for years how Indians, illiterate and white collar alike are too bad at a lot of things: 1) Traffic sense: Lane discipline, honking, rash driving, both private and commercial, parking and vendors taking up half the road, creating fatal blind spots 2) Public places: Spitting, littering, peeing, smoking 3) Basic civic sense: Queuing up, not using loud phones in public transport etc 4) Pets and stray animals: Totally irresponsible behaviour and irrational takes on killer dogs and dangerous bulls Pointing out things has been done for years. Where's the solution? How can this be taught to the masses? Give suggestions.

I tried Ola ebike service for commuting a short distance ~ 5km. The experience was good and the fare was also cheap(50 Rs.). I spoke to the driver about earnings and whether he has to give EMI for the OE bike. Then he showed me the below table - how his earnings are calculated. I got shocked at seeing the high earnings amount - upto 4.5K daily which amounts to 1.35 lac monthly! He told me that Ola ebike is for short distances only - Upto 7-8 kms. And he is able to get average 3-4 rides in 1 hour, and he also doesn't have to pay for the vehicle rent. The Charging is also free at Ola Chargers. I couldn't help but wonder how can Ola sustain with this much spending. If they're giving upto 1lac to every driver and charging the user very less, that's a lot of cash burn.

This is absolutely meme material!! They declared that 75% of employees will work from home by 2025, and before even 2025, they reverted that and now claiming everyone to come to office all 5 days!! I mean not even Hybrid, but all 5 days!!
