How long do you last ?
how many minutes are you able to study continuously before ADHD kicks in ? how to last long while studying?

Really depends on what I'm doing. If it's something that scratches the itch in my brain, i can go on for multiple hours. Studying (traditional, academic) sadly isn't one of them. At best I can go what 20 mins? Beyond that I need to rest my brain :(
