How many hours of sleep do you get on average?
Asking because I've been sleeping for ~10 hours everyday for a while now and want to see if I'm the only one.

Even if you're doing strength training the maximum they suggest is 9 hrs. If not 6-7 hrs should be ideal.

8 hrs is the new healthy sleeping time, as per some new research. Earlier the popular perception was that 6 hrs is the ideal sleep time.

Jealous of you.
If you’re physically fit and are into any sort of physical activity your heart would be in mint condition.
Just make sure your waking hours are productive as well.

I do have annual health checks. I also fell sick a few months ago and had a complete blood check then and everything was normal, so not sure
