Currently, I have one offer of 18 LPA (15 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable Pay), and my date of joining (DOJ) is 14th August. I have already accepted this offer. However, today, I received a call from Meesho HR, offering to pay 30% more than my earlier offer. The process involves four rounds.

Given that I have only 10 days left until my DOJ, I am feeling confused about how to proceed. What should be my ideal approach in this situation?

When I was searching for a job a few months ago most of the HR ghosted me after my expectations. So want to know what range i can ask. Can I ask 30?

Bit desperate as I have to relocate back to Chennai cause of my mother's health issues, this is the only opportunity I got so far in chennai, but compensation is also important as I am the only bread winner for my family with responsibilities
