I completed all rounds of interview and got the offer. How is flexport work culture in india as what i got to know  that it's good and only get hectic during oncall. Currently, I have one offer of 18 LPA (15 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable Pay), and my date of joining (DOJ) is 14th August. I have already accepted this offer. However, today, I received a call from Meesho HR, offering to pay 30% more than my earlier offer. The process involves four rounds.
