They can surely match Meesho or go above it. So just quote higher right and if they negotiate then u can go bit lower. Just google for this one bcoz a lot of salary points exist for this company

Hi Everyone I got an offer from Tekion corp, Bangalore for SDE-2 role.

Fixed- 22 Lpa
Bonus- 2 Lpa
RSU- 6000 Unit
Total TC Offered - 24 LPA (22+2) (Not considering stock option for now as its value is 0 as of now)

Yoe - 3.7 years (almost 4)
Current company am working - A product based startup organization.
Current Tc - 15 Lpa (all fixed)

Please review if anyone have any idea regarding it and is it worth considering Tekion among this market scenario?

I maybe part of the parts team so please do review that too regarding work life balance for parts team at Tekion?

I've received an offer from Tekion for an SDE 2 role where they are giving me a total of 6000 stock units, but actual value of these stocks is not mentioned. It would be really helpful if anyone working there could give me an estimated worth of these ESOPS.

Ryan peterson is back as CEO so they are predicting to scale up business  and india team handle some core products and it's not like providing support.

Sendinblue SE (Frontend) -13.8 fixed + 70K variable .

I have genuine question on how do you guys manage RSUs ?
Do you take it out and invest somewhere else or just let it stay there in your company broker account.

Can someone help me in managing it better.

Looking for SDE-2 referrals

what are the companies that provide a good amount of RSU to SDEs . I knew a few like Atlassian ,Adobe and Salesforce around 100k for four years.?

Cleared all the rounds and even sent the HR the documents they asked for. They also said I would have to relocate to Mumbai. However it's been more than a week and they haven't rolled out an offer letter. HR said that since they invested so heavily in IPL, they are trying to reassess their budget for this quarter, that's why it's taking so long.

Should I be worried? I have a feeling that I even if I get an offer they might try to lowball me/lay off later.

Is Upstox running out of funds?

I have offer from two companies Mindtickle and Zinier. 
CTC offered by Mindtickle is 3.5 lacs extra than Zinier. Mindtickle has appraisal coming in 8 months where I would be eligible for hike as well. Mindtickle was established in 2011 and has a team of 10-11 people with proper hierarchy and process. 
Zinier is comparatively new company established in 2015 and has a small team of 4-5 people with opportunity to grow more in future. Zinier has said that they can't match the CTC from the other offer.

From the company culture perspective not really sure about both.

I received 2 offers recently, for context I'm graduating this year-

1 - a PPO for an early stage startup I have been interning for. TC - 10 base + share of revenue generated. Essentially it is a founders office role, but will be closing sales too. Good culture, profitable. 

2- Browserstack for SDET role, TC - 11 base + 5 performance pay+bonus. 

Conflict is - should I choose the startup due to its potential high returns and my preference for the founders office role or BS for stable income and brand value ?
