How much are analytics folks making in blore?

A junior of mine( in YOE) has received a Sr. Data Analyst role at an MNC( well-renowned). Can you please suggest if the salary structure looks good or not? CTC: 19LPA Fixed: 18LPA Variable: 1L Location: Bangalore.( There were options for Gurgaon & Chennai too) YoE: ~5 Citing the present scenario, let me know your pov. Thanks!

How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc? My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE). Why am I asking? Looking at how things are going on at BLR, I'm planning to someday switch to company with work from home and better work life balance.

What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. I believe this will help anyone and everyone who is in this path in life? Note: I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities and my current life through help from mentors and hard work. What is your current Org, current YoE and CTC with Base(fixed pay), Bonus, Variable, Stocks etc and full Remote/Hybrid? This is not to compare yourself but to assess if you have a better option in market to switch to in this hard hitting economy. Let's limit it to Analytics only since we get to hear from other folks too often here!
