Impossible unfortunately. Can’t compete with big guys and even a modest set up of 10nm wafers will go easily in tens of crores

You can’t. What you can do is focus on VLSI Design and knowledge work while exporting manufacturing to contractors
Manufaturing in VLSI is not an easy task. Most of the semiconductor companies are fabless. Its a lot of intensive and precision work which requires crazy amount of resources
