You need to spend some more time. Consulting is not a domain, you need consulting skills in a particular domain say FSI, retail , energy , utilities , health care , etc

I have an offer from KGS offering 23.5L fixed and they say that they don’t include variable in there CTC. Is it worth to switch, should I negotiate some more?
