All traditional companies thought that it was just a fad and they were hardly able to find newer use cases apart from setting up a website on the internet. The AI era of today seems similar. Every major existing player is only thinking about deploying chatbots, but there is a lot of potential in the technology beyond chatbots. Is it an invention of the millennium? Perhaps not.
