You can find emails on Crunchbase, etc. Worked in 80% cases for me to connect with founders across the globe.
For the next 15%, linkedin message/connection request was helpful. The last 5% is challenging, and for that I used to leverage investment bankers, VCs, etc.
I am talking about seed startups. Hard to find emails, let alone the company profile
