You can DM. He charges between 5-10k depending on how much he is able to save for you.

If you are a salaried employee, it's useless. Salaried people have a limited number of avenues only. Most CA don't do provide lateral suggestions. It could be because of their practice area or simply the money you pay is not worth it.
