But they won't reduce the 10k charge on the card. Cancelling card crashes the credit score.

I think a bank individual mentioned that it’s 1L income a month.
I walked into a branch and enquired about the card. They asked my salary and made a few calls. Someone from the cards team got in touch later that day and verification happened the next day
