How to get job in WFH US based startup companies?

Hi all, I'm a PM with 3 years of B2C experience working at a mid sized startup. I recently joined and the toxic culture around being at office all the time is taking a toll on me. The founder is unwilling to even consider medical / health related issues for giving WFH and deliberately schedules meetings at 7-7:30 PM so that people stay longer hours. HR never told me about such strict aversion to WFH or flexible timings during hiring and now I feel stuck. Unfortunately, I have heard it's the same with a lot of companies - even big sized unicorns. I have now decided to only and exclusively be open to remote jobs coming from US/EU startups even if they happen to pay me lesser. If you're someone who's in similar company, can you please tell me the process of how you cracked it? And if there's an opening somewhere, would you be willing to refer me? Thanks a lot

I was recently impacted by layoff and having 20yrs of exp into application support and service management with last 10yrs grown into a middle management role(limited tech hands-on and no dev experience nor CS background) While I am financially ok atm and can manage staying at home for next 12-24 months, I am not financially independent yet. its getting too boring and I want to get back into some sort of work routine as I am keen on retirement yet. Challenges I am seeing with finding a new opportunity: - The job market seems to be quite restricted for senior roles with that experience - Few that came across were at a substantial low salary. - Some others required significant hands-on experience Thought process:: - While salary is not a major concern, I am not sure if I makes sense to take a pay cut. - Given the speed of tech changes, not sure what kind of learning/certification would be helpful - Even if I do tech self-learning, lack of practical hands-on seems to be a drawback - At 40+ while I am open to work hard and learn, i view is to find a job and learn into it , rather than other wat round Any guidance/pointers would be appreciated. As would any leads/introductions on suitable opportunities you know of.

I am Fresher completing college in 2022, non engg, Went through a full Stack web dev course in MERN stack from a popular coding bootcamp. Now have around 6 months experience as a freelancer in product based startups. Currently earning around 35-40k per month remotely with actively looking for Full Time opportunities with atleast 5-6LPA. Looking at current market conditions it's becoming very difficult to get it. I did get few offers all around 3.5LPA. Last year my peers were getting 6-7LPA easily with my skills and background as fresher. Any suggestions from your side.
