How to grow as a Program Manager

i have been program manager for about 2 years in non-tech role mostly working on analytics, customer success and operation with major expertise in data analysis. Now I am trying to upskill myself so that I can earn more and also become more relevant to companies My Question is 1. What should I do in next 1 year to upskill myself 2. What job roles and organisation should I look for starting next year 3. How career growth looks like for program manager 5 years down the line Please help this lost girl!
