Hey, I am here since past few months. I am struggling to find decent house which is worth the bucks I pay, and till date haven't found anything decent.
And the brokers here are crazy. They artificially inflate the cost and people here are more crazy, they are ready to pay such high rates! I mean, what? Atleast evaluate if the house is worth paying that money. People are ready to buy 1 bhk in indiranagar for 50k/m rent.
No wonder people here blame IT guys for this housing turmoil.
It's so damn difficult to find decent house in Bangalore

Try searching in JP Nagar 7th phase . You can get a decent 2bhk in 20k.

You can try to search houses behind IIM near Vijay bank colony. Around 2 to 3km to kalyani magnum. My friend got a decent 2Bhk flat for rent at 15k
