How to reduce meetings with stakeholders?
My stakeholders are boderline dumb. They want to meet for every small thing. No async comms. And they want you to meet in office. How to gently tell them that they’ve a brain, and they can write and explain the same problem.
Make a picture saying "Most meetings can be emails. Most emails can be slack messages"
Attribute it to Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos or some shit like that
