Recently got a verbal offer from lambdatest. If you know about the company please share your thoughts. The role for back-end developer and compensation is good. The recruiter told me esops will be discussed after you join and spend some time working.
Other offers - leap Simpl Seed startup ( can't disclose the name very early stage)
If you are from the above 3 companies please help me decide which one to go for. Compensation is same for seed startup and lambdatest the other 2 are offering 2 lakhs less
PS - Don't have an issue in working hard and learning Experience almost 2 yrs
Simpl has horrible and toxic work culture. Leadership micromanages like anything. They don’t give you space to breathe. Expected from employees to work extensive hours on weekdays and weekends also. Every thing is a 1 day timeline for leadership. Irrespective of if the task was given to you at 8pm or 8am the previous day. Do not join.
Seems a little weird that ESOP discussion is postponed to post joining, once you join what leverage do you have in ESOP negotiations ?
