How's the pay structure in Groww? Is it competitive to industry?

Anyone know about the work life balance in Groww Bangalore office? I’m currently attending interviews. I’m a little worried because Groww is the only Softbank Vision fund invested companies that hasn’t conducted layoffs so far in India. I’m concerned if they might layoff employees soon. Can anyone provide any details please?

Recently got an opportunity with Groww as SDE-2, how's the job security? Don't really want to leave family and move to Bangalore. Also pay difference wouldn't really matter due to onsite expenses.

Just saw so many fresher hirings done by Groww from various IITs, But also noticed a few Groww employees being open to work having already quit(or removed). 🤔 How's the culture and WLB at Groww ? Was there any silent Layoffs ? If yes then why hire so many freshers. 😣
