I will go first - I quit my last organisation (a famous UPI company) in 2020 because, they still are in old technology. No cloud computing, no kubernates, no terraform. Their entire baremetal infra are in 2 DCs (Mumbai and Bangalore). Leadership ideas are outdated. I was very much bored and looking for a change.

Use case: In my business, I own 10 Tata Ace vehicles. Now each of them requires payment for Road tax(quarterly), insurance, pollution (yearly) It is hard for me to track the dates on a regular basis so thinking about ways in which I can setup a notification service of some type where I can receive reminders (via text / whatsapp) before the date of expiry. Requesting folks having experience with this type of problem to help with a solution which is cost effective and easy to implement. Thanking the community in advance.

Hi everyone, I have been working in this company as a junior software developer for more than 8 months. This is my second company, and I had a probation period after joining this one. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my manager because he was a fan of micromanagement. He didn't like anything I did and said that I was worthless, didn't know anything, and was stupid. He didn't have any trust in me, and I faced this day-to-day in office life. As a result, I lost my confidence, developed anxiety and depression, and even thought about suicide about a month ago. I am currently going to a therapist every week for my depression and anxiety. I worked really hard and even worked overtime and some weekends during my probation period. However, after 6 months, during my review, my manager said that I didn't work on anything and extended my probation to 3 months. I started my career 2 years ago, and I wonder if this is normal in IT career. I am looking for a job change right now, but I always get the question from most of the HR "why do you move too early?" and I don't know how to answer this question. Please help, guys.

Read here that the culture is not so good at unacademy. My current job is amazing but I'm interested in switching just because I can. Is unacademy worth giving a shot?
