You can find the domain which you might find interesting like analysis, data science, development or related fields. I would say starting with basics and simple skills would be good like SQL etc. start with you tube videos first, you will find many such channel for free. Slowly you can decide which roles you want to target and prepare accordingly. Recently one of my friend transitioned to data analytics after preparing for civil services for some years. He is doing quite fantastic
