I want to quit my job

Hi everyone, I was working for a startup for about 1.5 years and I was doing quite well. then my mind thought of exploring other industries so I quit my job and started looking for jobs in other industries and landed on one after 3 months of quitting. And that company was not open to learning or engaging anything apart from my JD and I was not happy as I was working only for an hour of the day (basically I was doing nothing). It was frustrating as I was paying 200 for auto everyday for doing nothing so I left that job and started looking for jobs and this next company was supposed to be a game changer in my career but it was toxic I told my manager how I feel about it and he convinced me that I'll be working only with him. But that one day everything crossed the limit. And I left that job in 4 months. Now, why can't I say this directly in my interviews?? Why do I have to lie about why I switched jobs. I can't say directly "no learning opportunities or no growth or toxic environment in previous companies". This is so frustrating, I've applied for more than 200 companies in the last 2 months and I've nothing. 🤕 Can someone help me with great excuses for career gaps which I can use for interviews?

Hey folks, So I work as a product intern and have an offer to join full time as an Associate Product Manager at a Fintech B2B startup upon graduating. So cutting to the chase, Recently I have been under tremendous pressure to deliver a product. Our organisation does not have any senior product manager to help guide and I report directly to the CEO. I have been given far too much responsibility and an extremely sophisticated product has been put in my care. This product requires a lot of technical expertise and we do not have that kind of resources. I have put this point across to my boss multiple times over the past few months and he always says we will do it. He goes and promises clients that this product exists they even did a soft launch of this product when we literally have not built more than a few screens. Our company has a high employee turnover and people keep quitting left right and centre due to the Co-founders toxic attitude. Recently I have been feeling very anxious starting work in the mornings. Most days go late into the nights because the Co founders work in a different time zone. So the dilemma here is this, I feel the urge to quit this job but at the same time I am afraid that another opportunity will not present itself soon. They also pay me pretty well compared to other product intern roles out there. I know a lot of people are out there fighting for a product intern or an APM role and here I have it and am considering quitting. Please feel free to ask me any follow up questions and forgive me if it sounded more like a rant. I am open to hearing your advise. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Knock some sense into me. Earlier my role was more consulting-like, but my org is going through a change and the team I was a part of is merging with the client-services team. I hate it, and I haven't even started with the role. Come on man. This isn't what I signed up for. At all. I really want to quit but I know I have a long way to go until I get a new job. I don't even want to go through the training and the change management, no motivation left. Honestly, it's not a bad company. But I hate this role. So much.

4yoe Engineer turned Product Manager. It's been 8 months I joined this B2B SaaS startup as an APM. Engineering team... mostly interns. Most of my time goes into execution following up with devs. Is the PR reviewed, is the bug fix deployed. No Jira, scrum, sprint planning whatsoever. CEO runs the whole show. Only fear driven product management. I have no idea what it means to work on vision or strategy. My career has started off with a shitty foundation. Everyday I feel like quitting. What should I do? Quit right away or wait n switch to a better company?

Will tell in short, graduated from a tier 1 , joined a consulting firm 2022 but I really don’t like my work. It is most monitoring shit and I don’t like my coworkers to be honest plus I am very anxious / depressed I do take meds and therapy . Now I am thinking I should quit my job notice period is 3 months and start a fresh maybe somewhere closer to home like Gurgaon I am in Bengaluru currently. Or I should stay in current job and maybe I’ll get pip to be honest . I am also thinking of doing other jobs not related to IT because frankly IT sucks I hate sitting all day staring in computer screen

I am a PM at an edtech startup. The company is not doing well and my boss is not a good leader. Although company has a runway of 2 years. For the past 3 months I have been doing program management. No product management related work at all. No one appreciates you here. It's mentally challenging to work here. No road map for myself. No appraisal. I'm just going on the job for salary. For the past week, I have been thinking about quitting and taking a break. Then look for a job. I know the market is tough but I have runway for 4-5 months. I have a total of 3 years of Product experience. What should you guys suggest. I really need your help here.

I will go first - I quit my last organisation (a famous UPI company) in 2020 because, they still are in old technology. No cloud computing, no kubernates, no terraform. Their entire baremetal infra are in 2 DCs (Mumbai and Bangalore). Leadership ideas are outdated. I was very much bored and looking for a change.

Hey Hey People. I've been in PM-ship for 4 years, and I have been jumping (unfortunately) from one sinking ship to another. Since Startups started going belly up, I've been switching but not able to keep up with the absolute abuse of 14-16 hour workdays including weekends. I am looking for some guidance or advice on how to switch to a "safer" company in which I can stay and build my career for the next 3-4 years. I've almost run through the gauntlet of 3 companies in the last two years and feel absolutely burnt to a crisp. Whether it be policies, workplace politics ( main reason for quitting the last 2 orgs) or culture, I am simply not able to go through the wringer. I want to switch to a place where I can do Product + Analytics but have a safer moat of a learning curve. Most startups lack any documentation or training and it's very disastrous when shit hits the fans because no one has any idea or documentation on what works. Pile up abusive micromanagement and valour thievery into the equation as well. I'm simply burnt out to death and I feel this shit hitting me in my skull every living second. I want to be in a place where I am able to perform and learn more (not breakneck) stable pace.

Hi guys, I am into wholesale banking and my last tryst with statistics was during my MBA. It would be really great if some one can guide me as to where should I start again. My area of interest is Risk and Portfolio Management. I am really stuck. Genuine advise needed. Thanks
