INR 40L in Bangalore (per year) or AED 20K per month in Dubai
I'm considering a job offer in Dubai and I'm eager to learn more about life there. Specifically, I'd love to hear perspective on the cost of living and whether I'm being low-balled. Any insights would greatly help me decide whether to make the move! TIA

Difficult to say if you're being low-balled as you haven't mentioned YoE/role.
I moved to Dubai last year (had no specific plan) and with that experience about 5k-6k is good to live a decent life (initial months will have higher, later it will fall to average out). Rest can be saved.
You can do your math in terms of your current expenditure/tax etc. and see if it works out for you.
I was offered 22k (the org pays much lower than industry standards). Was at a similar CTC as yours (full remote in India) and I have saved more than I can in India.
PS: Decent means - Full apartment (unfurnished) on rent (not shared), use metro(no car), order in 2-3 times a week, eat out 2-3 times a month, mostly rely on OTT for movies. No house help (not a party person or someone who loves drinking), discount/deal hunter on Ecom sites 😛

Yes, LinkedIn is a very active channel in GCC. Also, consultants are involved who would be the one reaching you out on LinkedIn.
