Idea validation: Extract meaningful structured data from unstructured data
Hi all, What to validate my idea. Want some inputs on where can it be used to to add value and generate revenue. Having some experience in data extraction from bank statements to access the financial profile. I want to boarder the scope and what to design a solution to extract meaningful data from unstructured data formats, in this order - emails, pdfs, text and if possible some from video contents. Value it create is reduce manual work and can automate. Want to get validation of the idea? And some markets it can be used and provide value? Thank you in advance.

Highly sought after market. Easy to start with the open source stuff out there. Problem is solution with a 70% accuracy doesn’t make the cut. Companies sitting in this domain have high context and accuracy.
Plus each extraction type you mentioned are niches of their own and kings and queens.
