If I fake internship as Fulltime experience, any problem?
I had a 6 month internship, and now I showed in my resume as Full time job, and got the offer. Will there be any problem in faking payslip?

what if they post about it on LinkedIn and shame you for doing it, any problem?

Were you a student back then?

Nope, joined just after my graduation.
In background verification it may get a red flag and you'll not be hired. Startups might not do the due diligence, but big companies take care of these things. Better be honest.

Big problem. Why? Because you will get caught. When you get caught these thieves will behave like Buddha.
As a rule of thumb, if you choose to lie, lie big.
Tell them you had a startup. You ran out of money and had to close it. That's more believable
Lying is the only way to move in corporate world. But how and what you lie is the most important part.

There was no background check, I’m called in office to start. Can they verify it later?

Where do they ask for payslip?

They haven’t yet. But I’m called at office on joining date, I am assuming they will ask for documents including pay slips.
Been in industry for 22 years, any interviewer and HR can clearly make out during interview whether you are on internship/full time.
Background verification can possibly add a strong proof about your experience.
Just a few more thousands of salary, are you ready to put your career in trouble?
If am you.. I won’t ..
I will improve my skill at a level and that the interviewing company says yes to me without negotiating salary.

I already got joining offer letter. I am called with documents to join.
You may end up in trouble! Background verification will be pending I guess. Even this company don’t do proper verification, which ever company you shift they do verification.
The possibility of you getting caught is high!
