Hate the meetings which could have been an email
Not sure why companies or upper management don't realise the loss of productivity which majorly results into employees being asked to stretch sooner or later.
We start the day with meetings, we end the day with a meeting, and in between there are thousands if not hundreds of "Can we get on a quick call?", "Let's have a meeting to discuss the agendas", "Are you available for a 5 mins meet?", "Can you join in on _____", stand up, sit down, roll over, turn around, blah blah blah (you get the idea)!
Most meetings would have been an email. Sadly many don't/can't write!
If meetings would have been so important, why would anyone be doing any actual work!
You should try working at a really early stage startup :)
