I'm an Automation tester with 6.5 years of experience and 23.5 LPA and am looking to change my job, but can't see companies offering more than that in Bangalore currently. Any advice or suggestions?

Try getting into management roles like project manager, TPM. If that’s something you think you can pull off and interested in.
