In the rapidly evolving tech industry, how do you keep your skills sharp? Especially in the age of AI?

I recently read an article about the growing skills gap in the tech industry. Apparently, universities just can't keep up with the lightning-fast changes in the field.

It got me wondering - how do you all stay relevant in your careers? Especially with AI taking over jobs. Are there certain skills or certifications you think are essential for staying competitive?
