Got an offer from a startup
The HR is asking for a the payslips and the offer letter and the hike letter. I am not confident to join the company. In that case, shall I share the documents? Is it going to cause any issue?
Hi grapevine folks,
I had joined a startup in jan as an intern and had received joining and offer letter.
Now in july I have become full time and have received an increment letter and not an offer letter. Does it create any problem in showing my work ex.
And since it is a startup I dont receive any payslip and directly receive money in my bank account.
Can I use my bank account statement instead of payslips to prove my work ex.
I am asking this with the view of proving my work ex in a b-school.
Pf should also be deducted from your salary, that will be good for showing work experience
Company employee size is below 20 so pf ia not there.
No startup functions in a way where they even cant provide salary slip or offer letter. But if you are paying taxes of full time employ without proper document then you should ask for it as payslips are the direct proof of your employment.

I did not get any relieving letter or certificate from an internship which I did few months back , they had given me full time offer but I already have an offer from another company which I got during campus placements .so I did not join...
I had a 6 month internship, and now I showed in my resume as Full time job, and got the offer. Will there be any problem in faking payslip?
