I genuinely don’t feel like we are hosting a cricket World Cup in our country this year. In 2011, the hype and craze around us hosting was way higher. Stadiums were better filled them for other games apart from Indian games, while I saw at least 5-10% empty seats even for the India v Aus game even though everything was apparently sold out in minutes on BMS? 

Is it a PR/marketing problem or is the hype from the sport just not great anymore?

Surya catch was a tad better because he kept calm and focused on not crossing over. Uff!

Somehow imaging the Nov win seems big, ODI is a different ball game altogether (realistically and metaphorically)

But superb redemption! Two final loses, Rohit deserved to win this. Pandya got so much hatred in IPL, let down MI. I'm glad he was best in form when it came to country. I'm not a Kohli fan, but when shot those sixes after touching 50 🤌🏻
