Apparently, Qatar routinely gets favorable decisions from referees. They recently won Asia cup final by getting 3 penalties in the final!
Sportswashing at its best. Seems to be a common theme among rich middle-east countries. They might sue any league or federation if they are ever caught with their pants down.

Was a horrendous decision, but like we see in the EPL as well, such decisions are very tough since the ref barely has a good angle to see it. Just unfortunate, more than anything else that it happened. The team after a while played well, but switched off for the goal. Would have been a great result though, had we held on.
