Infosys to EY ?

I am willing to switch from EY India. I have 5.5yrs of overall experience. I am Ex Deloitte. Currently working with SAP. I have current CTC around 15 fixed. How much hike should I expect from other company? In fixed and variable. And should I ask for any Joining bonus?

I'm in the Cybersecurity Domain for almost 4 years. I have 4 offers with the same CTC from Circles Bangalore, Happiest Minds Tech Noida, EY and TCS (retention) Which would be the better option to switch based on work culture and work life balance?

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else. Should I try switching to Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture etc? Can anyone tell me what these companies are like?

I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

I am currently working in Deloitte USI. Here I need to work for 13-14 hours everyday minimum. I have received an offer from EY around 35% hike. I’ve heard that the work culture of EY is even worse. But anyhow if I have to work for 13-14 hours a day, the why not for a better salary? Can you all please advise?
