Hi everyone, **Looking for Career Advice: How to Make the Move from Harman Connected services to Harman International at My Current Company?** I’m currently working at Harman in the Consultant unit (Harman Connected Service), where I’m placed at client locations for projects. However, I’m looking to switch to our Product-based unit (Harman International - Automotive) for several reasons: 1. I have a strong interest in HMI/IoT-based projects. 2. I believe there’s more growth potential in the Product unit. 3. The Product unit offers more job stability compared to the Harman Connected Services unit, where project durations are fixed, and I need to secure new placements after each project ends. I tried to connect with BU HR by looking at internal job opportunities but I hardly get responses from them. YoE: 9 Platform: Mobile dev Could anyone advise on the best approach to make this transition within the company? Any tips on how to navigate this switch smoothly and effectively would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your insights and suggestions! Thanks!

Want to know the culture of the company, as on Glassdoor or AmbitionBox it’s mostly negative.. Also since it’s from Hindustan Times, shouldn’t be a crunch on funding for growth.. As business on Content/ OTT or Entertainment space, I feel it has time to run.. Unlike edtech or quick commerce which are in bad stage now. Looking to know more from employees if any or general thoughts what you know.

Anyone working there can share about work culture, teams, pay range etc?

I have given interviews and cleared them. I got a call from HR asking for payslips and another offer details. They said they will get back with offer. How to go about here? If they come with a lower offer than what i asked, how much liberty i have to ask further. Does HR will come with 2-3 various levels of offer and then try to negotiate with me. Any help or insights would be helpful in how HR comes with offer details. My interviews were pretty good and i think they like me.
