Yes it is, but I can't take a lot of risk since time horizon is not that long. So it is a bit difficult to quantify the capital loss i can bear. And returns I want to maximize. Just sure about the time horizon for now. Any advice? Thank you.

I want to start investing in mutual funds. I want to design my portfolio for the long term goals(15 years min). I was confused about what the mix of funds should be.
