So I have 10L in cash and I can take loan for commercial investment. Some examples could be

  • ev bike or scooty agency
  • flat that can be given on rent
  • marriage hall etc.

Invest via MF or stocks. Market is going to rally right up to the election.

Land and commercial properties will come with it’s own issues. Land grabbing and goods asking for hafta is very common. Also this money is not going to give you much return.

Bike agencies are a scam, avoid

Buy property in tier 2 in a good area, sell in 5-10 years. Can rent it out in meantime.
