Is C development good?

I have been working for 2 years at an Indian telecom company. I am mainly writing code in C for real time sensitive devices. So my experience is low level coding in C and debugging. Will I be able to get more jobs based on this experience and domain? So should I switch my domain? If yes, then any domain suggestions? My current fixed pay is 14LPA, AND THAT'S ALL I AM GETTING NOW.
