Is Datacamp subscription worth it?
I've been coding basic stuff for 12 years now(since I was 12). I just know basics of programming I search Google for syntax most of the time. Been long time since I used SQL Now I'm a professional trader and am planning to switch to tech for stability. Because I'm a CA and from commerce background I feel Big tech companies won't consider me for tech role. I'm 24 yo and want to start fresh. One of my colleague suggested Datacamp and it's good for beginners. Is it worth buying annual subscription? Suggest any good alternative if available. Also, will big tech companies consider non engineers?

Datacamp tutorials are fine, but their practice exercises are just fill in the blanks. I had Datacamp and didn't use it much because I found that ineffective.
I recently took Codecademy subscription, and two things that are working for me. The tutorials on Codecademy are text based so the learning is active unlike passive video lectures. The exercise modules are effective than Datacamp. Try for yourself and then make a decision.
I used datacamp long ago. It seemed good then. How much is annual subscription for?
