Is my CTC ok?

I have 10+ years of experience in PR and I’m currently working with an Indian startup. The startup is doing ok given the marker conditions (just ok) so I only got a 13% appraisal last year and my CTC is now 26L. Is this too low or is it okay?

It’s highly relative to the field and sector. I guess, MarCom folks from tier 1 colleges might be making a bit more, also depends on whether the company sees PR as strategically important.

Given the headcount of folks in such role is low, it’s difficult to really answer if you should be earning more/less.
