Is there a better way to find jobs?
All the jobs in applying through LinkedIn gets a rejection mail. When I share a resume through referral, I definitely get an interview call. I tried to find references and is there a better way to get interview calls?

You could try to connect and talk with the hiring manager.
Try applying via company careers page too.
