Is this a good or bad start?
Started my career in Industrial Automation using software tool PCS7 in siemens. Completed 11 months in this company. Here Work culture is good, team is good, salary is normal(in hand 40k ). Is this is a good start for a Engineering student from Tier 3 college in 2023??

I started in Siemens too :D
If the domain interests you, go ahead. There’s good demand for folks in the same field in Europe as well, particularly Germany and Hungary.
It doesn’t pay as well in the long run if you stay in India.
If WLB is priority and you like the domain, you can consider staying for another 2 years.
Otherwise leave in a year max.
