Is this a viable business idea? Rapid Development

Hey guys, I've been tinkering with a lot of rapid development tools lately and I'm amazed with it's efficiency at how fast it is able to put things together. I'm mostly working with web and Android mobile apps. I already have a few years of experience in web development, so that experience coupled with these tools will enable me to deliver web and mobile apps of low-medium complexity in less than > 2 working days! I've been thinking about a business where the customer submits the requirement for a product and they receive it within 48 hours. I realised that, this could come handy for non-tech founders to quickly put together a prototype. Will this work?
